Wuro Public Beta Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to the Wuro public beta operated by WURO LLC ("Wuro," "we," or "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Public Beta Disclosure shown during signup. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The beta is available only to people who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. You must sign in using a Google account, provide accurate information when using the service, and keep access to your Google account and Wuro credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your Wuro account and for promptly revoking a compromised Wuro key or provider key. Access is limited to 25 activated public beta accounts; Wuro may decline new signups when the limit is reached.
2. What the beta provides
Wuro provides a limited interface for sending buffered text requests through a connection you establish with your own OpenAI or Anthropic account. You explicitly select a provider and grant access to specific models. Features, models, limits, and availability may change during the beta. The beta does not include managed provider spending, Wuro payment collection, streaming, consumer chat history, or other features that Wuro has not expressly made available to your account.
Wuro does not charge you for use of this beta. You supply your own provider credentials and are responsible for all charges, limits, and obligations arising from your OpenAI or Anthropic account. Estimates shown by Wuro are informational and may differ from your provider's final billing. Your use of a provider remains subject to that provider's terms and policies.
3. Your requests and provider processing
You authorize Wuro to process your request and response transiently to provide the service and to send your request to the provider and model you select. The chosen provider processes the request under its own terms and data practices. Wuro does not persist runtime prompts or responses by default and does not use them to train Wuro models. Wuro may keep limited account, configuration, usage, security, and audit records as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain any rights you have in material you submit and in output you receive. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit material and for your use of output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or similar to output provided to others. Review it before relying on or publishing it, especially for decisions that could affect people or property.
4. Acceptable use and sensitive data
Do not use Wuro unlawfully, infringe others' rights, interfere with service or security controls, attempt unauthorized access, share or resell account access, or use the service to harm others. Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive information, including protected health information, payment card data, government identification numbers, or information about children, unless Wuro has separately approved the specific use in a written agreement and the required safeguards are in place. A provider's acceptance of such data does not constitute Wuro's approval.
5. Changes, suspension, and ending use
Wuro may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity. Wuro may change or end the free beta. When practical, Wuro will provide notice through the service or the public site before a material planned change; urgent security actions may occur without advance notice. You may stop using Wuro and request account deletion through the account controls or by contacting [email protected]. Deletion and any retained audit or accounting evidence follow the Privacy Policy. Removing your Wuro account does not close your separate provider account or reverse provider charges.
6. Beta availability and warranties
The beta is provided as available, without an uptime or service level commitment. To the extent permitted by law, Wuro disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Wuro does not warrant that the beta or third-party models will be uninterrupted, error free, secure against every threat, or suitable for a particular use. Applicable law may give you rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the beta. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. These Terms do not set a monetary cap on direct liability.
8. Governing law and disputes
New Jersey law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to any nonwaivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting [email protected].
9. Contact and changes to these Terms
Contact WURO LLC at [email protected] or 1600 Route 70, Lakewood, NJ 08701. Wuro may update these Terms with a new version and effective date. Wuro will provide additional notice or obtain consent where applicable law requires. Earlier accepted versions will remain identifiable in Wuro's consent record.
